Abstract

Background coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (CHD) is a common cardiovascular disease serious harm to human health, but also leads to death, disability and loss of work, one of the important reasons for life skills. With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the morbidity and mortality of coronary heart disease has increased year by year. In recent years, the intervention (percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty stenting, PTCA STENT) and surgical treatment (coronary artery bypass graft, CABG) technology rapid development of coronary heart disease treatment and medication three means. \Has a different view of the two treatment methods in surgery intended surgical success criteria, surgical treatment, surgery costs, it is necessary to carry out a comparative study, in order to promote the rational application of technology. 【Research purposes subject Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan data, PTCA STENT and CABG comparative study of the safety, effectiveness and economy, and then put forward some suggestions for the reasonable use of the two treatment methods. [Source Method】 Zhongshan Hospital, on January 1, 2004 to 2005 in the intervention (PTCA STENT) and surgical treatment (CABG) treatment in patients with coronary heart disease were studied retrospectively. The extract 100 patients (PTCA STENT group of 50 patients, CABG group, 50 cases), their basic surgery and after discharge comparative analysis. Related data using EXCEL, SPSS is a package that 11.0 statistical software for univariate analysis and multivariate analysis. Results in Zhongshan Hospital, intervention (PTCA STENT) and surgical treatment (CABG) is widely used in the treatment of complex coronary lesions. In addition to the applicable object different aspects of surgical safety and efficacy of the two methods quite, but the surgical treatment of lower treatment costs than intervention. 【Recommendations previous paper based on a series of recommendations from the five doctors, hospitals, industry organizations, the administrative department of health, patients: doctors to continuously improve the therapeutic level, to strengthen the communication between the surgical and strive to achieve a reasonable differentiation; hospitals to strengthen discipline construction and personnel training, improve the internal management system, to build a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients; industry organizations to carry out the study of a large sample, to strengthen the collection of information and technical exchanges, promote the healthy development of the technology of the surgical treatment of coronary heart disease; health administrative departments to strengthen quality supervision, strengthen cost control, improve the health insurance policy, emphasis on professional training, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the patient; patients should pay attention to the prevention of to understand coronary heart surgery treatment knowledge, and enhance the ability of self-protection.
