Abstract

Objective: To investigate the 64 - slice spiral CT coronary imaging (64-slice spiral computer tomography) , clinical application value . Methods : 43 patients have 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography and selective coronary angiography ( coronary angiography ) . CAG for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease (coronary heart disease) , the \Results: 64-slice spiral CT showed moderate or moderate coronary stenosis sensitivity 86.6% , specificity 93.7% , accuracy 91.3% , positive predictive value 88% , negative predictive value 93% . Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is a simple, safe and reliable, noninvasive small risk of CHD , can be used as screening methods , CHD postoperative review methods .
