Abstract
Objective: To observe Yiqihuoxue party clinical efficacy for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) QDBS , improving clinical symptoms , gastric mucosal histology and its clear effect of HP infection . To investigate the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis Yiqihuoxue clinical effect and the mechanism of action of the medicine treatment , and thus lay the foundation for development of new drugs for the clinical treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis . Diagnostic Criteria : According to the diagnostic criteria , the TCM symptoms and exclusion criteria, screening 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG) QDBS patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and the control group , 30 cases in each . Treatment group therapy with Yiqihuoxue party control the group Weifuchun treatment . All patients were observed before and after the integral value of the clinical symptoms , inflammation of the mucous gland atrophy , intestinal metaplasia extent of clearing the extent of HP infection , U.S. SPSS / PC 13.0 software and processing and analysis of experimental data . Results : The treatment group could significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the CAG , the effective rate of 93.33% compared with 73.33% of the control group , a significant difference (P <0.05): treatment of inflammation of the gastric mucosa glands atrophy improving efficiency of 86.67% in the control group gland inflammation of gastric mucosa atrophy to improve the efficiency of 53.33% , the two groups have a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) ; treatment group, intestinal metaplasia improvement rate of 81.25% , 46.67% of the control group rate of improvement of intestinal metaplasia , two groups significant differences (P <0.05); treatment group Hp clearance rate of 60.00% , the control group Hp clearance rate of 66.67% , the two groups showed no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; treatment group total effective rate was 90.00% in the control group clinical The total effective rate was 70.00% , the total effective rate significantly different ( P <0.05 ) . The course of treatment , all patients had no discomfort reaction , before and after treatment blood count , liver function , renal function , no abnormal changes , no significant toxicity . Conclusion: 1 . Yiqihuoxue square treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis QDBS improve their clinical symptoms . 2 . Yiqihuoxue square treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis QDBS can improve gastric mucosal gland inflammation atrophy , intestinal metaplasia . 3 . The Yiqihuoxue treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis QDBS the anti the HP infection efficacy and Weifuchun for no significant difference . . Yiqihuoxue square Spleen Qi stasis effect significant clinical effect , blocking the progression of the disease , no obvious toxic side effects , it is worth further study .
