Abstract


The purpose of the amendments to the Ministry of Health issued food hygiene supervision quantitative classification management system indicator system , making it suitable for city schools and nurseries cafeteria health supervision and management of the status quo , but also for the actual level of economic development of the region ; research local schools and nurseries changes in the level of overall health before and after the implementation of institutional cafeteria food quantitative classification management system , the evaluation of results achieved in implementation of quantitative classification management system ; analysis of the inadequacies of the existing implementation of food hygiene supervision quantitative classification management system in the city schools and nurseries and proposed corresponding improvements views .
