Abstract

Animation industry in recent years, whether or places in the country received adequate attention,and developed rapidly,and the demand of animation talent is rapid growth in community, institutions of higher learning has become the main form of animation training.The Animation professional of the University in Henan developed rapidly with the development of the Animation in the nationaland local.But in such a large of talent demand,but Animation graduates are still in the embarrassing situation of difficult employment, personnel trained by the universities is difficult to meet the demand for applied of the community,from the natrue,we can say that there are some problems with the way of the Animation Training Mode of the Universities in Henan province.By reading a large of documents and collecting the data of the colleges and universities in Henan province,the paper conducts a comprenhensive analysis of the situation of Animation in Henan Higher Education Training Mode on the current.The paper analysised the situation and the development of the Animation education in the whloe country,and made a horizontal comparison with the Animation Training Mode of the Japan,the United States and other world’s largest cartoon countries,and then discuss the traning of Animation talent in the Universities of Henan province. Through in-depth analysis of the problems and defects the cause of the problems of the Animation talents Training Mode in the Universities oin Henan, with the corresponding educational theory and educational thinking, make recommendations on the part of personnel training to provide some information and advice to perfect the Animationg talent Training Mode of the Universities in Henan.In the context of the development of Animation industry,learn the advantages of domestic and foreign Animation talents Traning Mode,to improve and perfect the Animation talents Traning Mode of the Universities in Henan province.Through the examplesm of the successful Animation Training Mode of the United States, Japan, and other world powers and the domestic animation universities, And analyze the advantage of various aspects of their Animation talents Training Mode,and then introduced the current status of the Animation Traning of the Universities in Henan,compare with the successful Animation Training Mode,and then describe the concept of the”Animantion”detailed,”Animation”is included in many aspects of an art form, not just in the form of cartoon,then describes this concept of the“Talent Training Mode”, Training Mode is a structural framework and organizational style which under the guidance of a certain ideological and educational philosophy of education, to achieve training objectives,and to enable students to accurate knowledge of system knowledge, ability and quality, in the training process.TalentsTraining Mode components include: training objectives, curriculum model, evaluation mechanisms. And the construction of Talents Training Mode and the principles to be followed. After introducing the basic concepts, combined with a analysis of the problems of Animation talents Training Mode of the Universities in Henan. In this paper,we were initially built the Training Mode of the Universities in Henan from various aspects of Training Mode. Hoping to improve support to perfect the Training Mode of the Universities in Henan.The innovation of this paper is that with the the background of the development of animation industry in Henan Province,and the advantages of animation industry development in Henan Province, and the specific circumstances of the Universities in Henan, and initially built the Training Mode of the Universities in Henan.This paper summarizes and analysis of Training Mode,and that in the Universities in Henan,and emphasize the builting of Animation talents Training Mode must rely on the animation industry, and services for the development of the animation industry.
