Abstract


Since reform and opening-up, with the adjustment of economic structure, the pluralism of the economic sector, the gradual setting-up of the socialist market economy system, the society flows and accelerates constantly, make stratum’s structure of class of the society of our country begin the great change to take place. In the process of contemporary China’s reform and opening-up, under the background of the violent change of social structure, in the changes of the whole social class, it is the working class to change the greatest, deepest, most noticeable one, this is the fact existing objectively. Worker’s class ranks had not only increased a lot of new compositions, presented the phenomenon of the laid-off unemployment of some workers at the same time, this has changed high homogeneity characteristic of the working class and traditional image. This phenomenon has aroused the attention from academia and even the whole society, and seeing that the status that the working class is in in the country, study problem of the working class right away seem particularly important in class changes that change all the time, have already become a hot problem.This text divides three parts together. Part one have combed the behavior of the new change of the working class of our country and characteristic which the change demonstrate in transformation period in detail. A lot of changes have all taken place on the whole and on the internal structure to the working class of our country since reform and opening-up, these changes demonstrate characteristics such as overall, pluralism, uneven and transitionality,etc.. Part two have analyzed from politics, economy,etc. that initiates the reason that the working class of our country changes in transformation period in many aspects. Part three ,through the front to after change and reason that the working class of our country take place in transformation period analyze, questions such as advance, master’s status and survival and development of disadvantaged groups appearing in the working class to the working class present and of our country,etc. carry on deep thinking, thus clarify some mistaken ideas realized caused by changing in the working class.Finally in conclude the speech part go on, sum up and summarize to full text, the working class of today China carry on overall appraisal and look forward to China future development trend of the working class nowadays, further affirm the function in constructing the harmonious social process of socialism of the working class of China, the working class will still continue undertaking the great and historical mission of promoting all-side social progress.
