Abstract

In order to further optimize the natural gas separation processes, to reduce energy consumption, the need for separation processes can be simulated during the simulation phase equilibrium calculation is the basis for the calculation of the entire process. Phase Behaviors as a basic means of gas separation, for the development and utilization of natural gas to provide the necessary physical data. Through the study of the subject, based on the determination of accurate experimental data for the prediction and promotion of the natural gas product was isolated by equilibrium conditions, a better grasp of the gas separation process. Has a certain academic value and practical significance in gas separation research and production processes. In this paper, by the substance of the critical compressibility factor strike SRK equation parameters, improved m expression, improved application of SRK EOS separation of natural gas in the vapor-liquid equilibrium calculation. The calculation results show that the SRK equation vapor molar fraction in the gas mole fraction is less than 3% of the group were not considered in the case of the mean relative error is 3.78%, the mean relative error of the liquid molar fraction of 2.16 %, the relative error of the phase equilibrium constant average of 4.90%. Mole fraction of gaseous components, the liquid molar fraction, the relative error of the average value of the three phase equilibrium constant was 3.61%, which the SRK equation improved vapor molar fraction of the mean relative error is 1.30%, the liquid phase component mole fraction of the mean relative error of 0.52%, the average relative error of the phase equilibrium constant of 4.90%. The mole fraction of gaseous components, the liquid molar fraction, the relative error of the average value of the three phase equilibrium constant was 2.24%. Visible, the application SRK equation and improved SRK equation calculation of one-component gas phase equilibrium can meet the accuracy requirements, but higher the SRK equation calculation accuracy improved. In the calculation of the balance of the natural gas system data, improved SRK equation minimum error of 0.082%, the maximum error is 16.67%, the average data error of less than 5%; original SRK equation minimum error of 0.411%, the maximum error is 25.00%, The average data error less than 10%. In summary: This article is taken by the SRK equation improved the results better than the original SRK equation, and the improvement did not increase the computational complexity. Compared with the PR, PT equation, improved SRK state equation is better, it applies to a wide range of high accuracy, calculate the relative error is small, shallow cold light hydrocarbon recovery in the calculation of natural gas, gas composition, light hydrocarbon recovery and composition , you should first consider the use of improved SRK equation.
