In modern society, the influence of leadership is important. If the leaders can make use of their influence to more encourage inferiorities to let them possibly develop their work enthusiasm, accomplish task and realize goals successfully. With the economic globalization, the excellent leadership and talent have been more and more important. So looking for the way of better leadership is very urgent. The paper studies the interrelations between Confucius’thought of humanity and leadership. The papers also reviews the use of Confucius’thought of humanity , and find out Confucius Ren thought essence for modern social management with better influence of the modern leaders.The exaltation of leading influence including developing post power influence and developing magic character from non-power influence. Non- power influence mainly includes knowledge, character, ability, emotion, trust etc, which are excluding position power factors. In order to make post power work more efficiently, the modern leader should have power responsibility consciousness and good ways about appropriately using power that improves post power influence. Concerning non-power influence of exaltation, the modern leader usually brings up and raises charm and magic character by practice and training purpose. In modern leader’s leading process, the power influence and not-power influence affect more or less the leadership’s effect. However, through studying Confucius Ren thought essence part and developing influence, a leadership can do better. Through drawing lessons from Confucius’thought of humanity ,Leader will better learn how to guide and lead by“name position”and will have change ideas through“keep medium in change”,and learn how to manage easily everything through“too much is as bad as too little”and learn how to betterly use the power through“good virtue”, and betterly culture good character by“self-control”and will love more knowledge by“like to learn very much”.and“for government with virtuous”make the leader pay attention to character, and“a wise man is never confused”make them improve ability, and“love people”make them pay attention to emotion, and“Trust”make them learn how to trust and believe and love and become a magic character leader. The real leader can influence others and make others follow them .A responsible leader sets up an example for inferiority and concern person with the benevolence and trust. The others will also return and treat it with the trust and love. The real leadership comes from the character that makes people admire. Namely; the magic character is the best influence. The modern leader should value a person and value the democratization of management and value the person’s value in order to become very magic and force character, which finish task and realize aim affect. This paper researches the use for reference about modern leader influence from Confucius’thought of humanity and hope to train more leaders with leadership’s talents with inspiration and creative power. Thus which make our societies become more efficient and harmonious.
