Abstract


Firstly, the surface modified nano - silica gel beads , and crosslinking agent in the ethylene glycol dimethyl acrylate , methacrylate - chlorpyrifos composite graft polymerized onto the surface of silica gel , the synthesis of important organic phosphorus pesticides - chlorpyrifos has high selectivity and high separation efficiency nano silica surface molecular imprinting polymer . The experimental process, by changing the conditions of chemical modification on silica gel , to effectively control the space of the double bond of the surface of the silica gel beads , which in turn increased the density of the imprint layer thickness and effective imprint loci . Adsorption experiments show that chlorpyrifos showed high selective recognition and high affinity to the surface imprint polymer to the template molecule . When the the surface imprint material for monodisperse solid-phase extraction recovery of food samples up to 76.1 to 93.5% . The adsorption experiments and dispersive solid phase extraction using nano - silica surface molecular imprinting technology to solve the high affinity of the pesticide residue components , high selective separation provides the possibility of a potential problem .
