Abstract


OUTLOOK The global economic integration as the mainstream of development in today's world, not only strengthened the economic development of countries interdependence, but also brought increasingly frequent trade and business activities. Since China joined the WTO, has a wider scope and deeper involvement in the process of economic globalization. The continuous development of regional economic integration in the promotion of economic development but also to promote the vigorous development of the port industry, China's port industry is facing a rare opportunity for development. These changes will certainly affect the production and operation of enterprises, or even directly affect the survival and development. Strategic objective of the study is, according to changes in the environment and their own conditions, make judgments and choices, and timely adjustments and looking for their own development and the development of strategies to meet the needs of the community. In this paper, Yingkou port enterprises (hereinafter referred to Yingkou Port) for the study, from a strategic height of Yingkou Port of survival and sustainable development issues. This thesis is divided into five main parts: The first part is an introduction, this paper introduces the background and significance of research questions and objectives, clear ideas and methods of this study. The second part is the literature review, through a review of relevant literature classics, noting that there are still many domestic research deficiencies, and to clarify the theoretical basis of this study and methods for the following research laid the theoretical foundation. The third part is the Yingkou Port of environmental analysis and strategic choices, focusing on the Yingkou Port facing the external market environment and internal operating conditions, citing the value chain analysis tools and Porter model of corporate external and internal key strategic elements evaluated. Summed up the opportunities that exist outside environment and potential threats, identify their strengths and weaknesses, on this basis, the use of SWOT matrix, according to the actual situation of Yingkou Port, Yingkou Port is a low-cost strategy to determine the optimal choice. The fourth part is the low-cost strategy implementation of the program strategy. The last part is the conclusion of the whole article are summarized and reviewed, and the shortcomings of the article and pending further research. In this paper, literature, field surveys, statistical analysis and comparative analysis and other methods, a detailed analysis of Yingkou Port internal and external environment. Management, economics and corporate strategic planning and strategic management is the study of Yingkou Port theoretical basis for low-cost strategy.
