Abstract


In this paper, the Republic of the fashion industry in Shanghai as the research object , using the theory of industrial organization Bain SCP paradigm as an analytical framework to describe the characteristics of the industry . First, from the perspective of consumer demand and production was studied fashion industry 's fundamentals. Matures producers and consumers are affected region Republican Shanghai fashion industry development and prosperity of the main factors . Then, the industry's market structure was determined . In the fierce competitive environment , the Republic of Shanghai fashion business through product differentiation to realize their profits.
