Abstract


Performance evaluation is aimed at enterprise work undertaken by each employee , the application of various scientific qualitative and quantitative methods , the actual effect on employee behavior and their contribution to the enterprise , the value of assessment and evaluation. CLP Guohua currently too severely hampered performance management , performance management is not able to run smoothly , the staff thought widespread boycott of thought. And in the management process exists in the form on content , and afterwards re- examination in the matter of management problems , can not play to guide employee behavior and performance management for the country Huatai Power Enterprise Development Strategic Services role. In actual practice, performance management , and was not successful due to a larger conflict . This article will be in the enterprise performance management, the effectiveness of the practice of doing some research on the issue , and thus too Guohua Power on performance management practices in question propose appropriate solutions.
