Abstract


The effect of monetary policy has been one of the hot issues of economic and academic research , but most of the studies selected macro perspective and the assumptions built on the homogeneity of the economic and financial , paid insufficient attention to the regional differences in the effect of monetary policy . Our vast imbalance and the development of productive forces and national conditions , to determine the degree of economic development and the economic and financial structure of the different inter-regional , an important reaction to the conduction of monetary policy , the same monetary policy in different economic regions may have different policy effects . Based on our current reality that there are large differences in regional economic development , regional differences in efforts to study the effects of monetary policy . On the basis of the use of modern monetary theory , the first analysis of monetary policy transmission , stressed that the monetary policy transmission is still credit pathways , raised our monetary policy transmission effect significant regional differences in the argument . Second , from the point of view of the credit transmission system , including from the conduction environment , conduction intermediary , the main micro credit behavior and credit funds contradiction between supply and demand and other aspects , in-depth study monetary policy effects of regional differences in conditions produced . Again, the empirical research through the establishment of micro - index system , the weight of each index value and the composite score for each region on principal component analysis , conclusive evidence of China 's monetary policy effects there are regional differences , namely the eastern part of the monetary policy effect is stronger than the Midwest ; further argues that bank dependence and the degree of development of capital markets , monetary policy transmission environment , economic structure and the Bank's development status is a major factor in the impact of monetary policy effects of regional differences . Finally , based on these main factors putting forward policy recommendations to help reduce the effects of monetary policy regional differences .
