Abstract


In recent years, as China 's tightening of land supply , land transaction prices increased benefits , resulting in greatly increased development costs , the risk of development of residential real estate projects become larger and larger . Developers in the process of \Especially in large real estate companies in the country 's inter-regional development , quality land bank , \Therefore, the study has important theoretical and practical significance of the location choice . Because there are differences in geographic conditions in China 's economic development pattern , the development of the residential real estate projects key is to select the location of the city . Based on the study of the theory of residential location on the basis of the development status of China 's residential real estate projects macro and meso analysis and comparison , summarized China 's eastern, central and western as well as major regional blocks of real estate project development gap , systematically expounded impact China 's residential real estate investment location choice of macro and micro factors . On this basis , Changzhou Olympic Garden project in the macro and micro aspects of the location of resources to sort out an empirical analysis of the various factors considered in the choice of location .
