Abstract


Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy , while a weak industry , most countries on agriculture to take a series of support and protection policies to promote stable and healthy development of agriculture . China 's agricultural financial support has been inadequate , once food year after year cut dangerous situation . Therefore, in the case of lack of existing agricultural investment , improve the efficiency of the use of agricultural funds to fill the needs of the agricultural sector financial agricultural funds , relative size expansion has important significance . Large, numerous items the entire financial system of farm capital expenditures , land management projects in the comprehensive agricultural development is extremely important to protect the safety of our food . Of land management projects invested mainly in 13 major grain-producing areas , the article uses data envelopment analysis (DEA) method for the efficient use of fiscal expenditure on these major grain-producing areas of land management projects , do not reach the relative efficiency the regional projection analysis , pointed out that the cause of non - valid reasons , and the introduction of cross - effectively sort method to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of the use of funds for regional land management projects . Overall , China 's major grain-producing areas of land management projects on the efficiency of fiscal spending is increasing year by year ; project funding and the use of agricultural comprehensive development of land management problems that still exist , and the saving of funds is still much room ; efficient use of funds was a regionalization of distribution . Finally, the policy recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of financial investment in agriculture output .
