Abstract


Evaluation of project management maturity in project management has become an important research topic , IT companies are typically project-driven enterprise, how to scientifically evaluate China's IT enterprise project management maturity to understand the company's current project management shortcomings and weaknesses , develop improvement plans improve enterprise project management level, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises , has become China's IT companies solved practical problems . In this paper, China's IT enterprise project management maturity assessment model are analyzed and exploration studies to existing project management theory as a guide, in the digestion and absorption of foreign project management maturity research and application of results , based on the use of theoretical and empirical study combining qualitative and quantitative research methods such as combining to build an IT enterprise project management maturity assessment model is proposed based on fuzzy preference relations indicators screening group decision making method based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of project management maturity assessment method . First, according to the characteristics of IT enterprise project management , project management, evaluation index system based on the principles and set PMBOK , the establishment of the IT enterprise project management maturity preliminary evaluation index system. Based on this proposed group decision making based on fuzzy preference relations indicators screening methods , established IT enterprise project management maturity of the final evaluation index system. Second, using AHP analysis deduced IT enterprise project management maturity of each evaluation index weights , the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build an IT enterprise project management maturity univariate and multivariate fuzzy evaluation model fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model . Finally, with the Blue Ling Technology Co., Ltd. of Guangdong conduct an empirical analysis . Conclusions show that the established IT enterprise project management maturity assessment model can be effective for project management maturity assessment can help policy-makers from the macro and micro levels of the enterprise project management level there is a scientific and comprehensive grasp, in order to facilitate make scientific decisions and to develop practical solutions to the problem . Finally, the application of the model value and application conditions of the system described, and its application prospects are discussed.
