Abstract


Medicine industry is very important part of the national economy, with broad market prospect and huge development potential, known as "a rising industry". Enterprise strategy management is a very practical and highly complex management science.This paper has used the following related theories of the strategic management: the corporate strategy, business competitive strategy theory, development strategy theory, core competitiveness and competitive advantages theory and so on. This paper has found out development opportunities and potential threats for the Group by analysing the external environment in Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group; and the strengths and weaknesses for the Group by analysing the internal environment in Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group. Then, summarized the SWOT matrix of the Group. Finally, this article has analysed the scientific development strategy and the main problems existing in Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group from the implementation strategy. And tried to make the appropriate solutions and implementation recommendations, which can make a more comprehensive development strategy. This has not only a strategic research value for Jiangzhong Pharmaceutical Group but also has practical meaning for other pharmaceutical industry enterprises.
