Abstract


Pharmaceutical distribution is an important part of connection the upstream pharmaceutical companies and downstream retail terminal . Pharmaceutical distribution companies through large-scale , professional, modern logistics and distribution system , improve circulation efficiency , has a huge social benefits . Order picking as a logistics and distribution system an important part of a direct impact on the speed of response to orders , so picking the level of operating efficiency will have customer service quality and logistics center costs have an important impact . The basis of the domestic and foreign scholars research results , combined with the actual needs of enterprises , the unrolling optimization of the system point of view . At the tactical level will be chosen relevant aspects of the job as a whole , at the operating level from the partition , and chose the path within the review of the three-part design and control . Simulation results provide quantitative guidance for decision-making , positive theoretical and practical significance . First of all, the paper described the medical logistics center order picking processes, principles and strategies .
