Abstract


With the deepening of education reform, the public who has a higher expectations and demand of principals. As leaders and managers of schools, Principals ideas on education, teaching philosophy, school personnel and resource allocation management, school development planning, etc.,which will be reflected in his management of the school. How to improve the enrollment rate of students, how to practive their education and management philosophy, how to make school management more scientific, systematic and human culture, all these questions will have principal pressure, and will affect in their job performance. In this background in schools, principals through the management of self-efficacy to maintian a certain pressure or improve their work efficiency.The results of this studies were reviewed.420 questionnaires were recoverd to primary and secondary school principals who distributed in Xinzhou region, Jinzhong region, Luliang region and Linfen region in Shanxi Province. And recoverd 327 valid questionnaires, the questionnaire response rate was 77.9%. SPSS statistical software applications in the descriptive statistics, independent sample T test, ANOVA, correlation and regression analysis techniques to analyze what the following conclusions:(1) Principal stress, management of self-efficacy and job performance are differences in demographic variables.(2) Principals are subject to work pressure and their job performance was a significant positive correlation.(3) Principals are subject to work pressure and management of self-efficacy was a significant positive correlation.(4) Principal are subject to management of self-efficacy and job performance was a significant positive correlation.(5) Principal management of self-efficacy in the work pressure and job performance plays an intermediary role.
