Abstract

Superfine fiber membrane prepared by using electrostatic spinning technique has a high porosity and specific surface area, when used as a wound dressing can not only provide wound protection, but due to its structure similar to the natural extracellular matrix (ECMs) can promote cell sticky echoed proliferation , thereby promoting wound healing . Coaxial electrospinning is a new electro-spinning technology, it can be prepared a core layer microfiber drug - containing core / shell structure . This drug core / shell fibers are able to achieve a controlled release of the drug . Chitosan (CS) is prepared by electrospinning and polylactide ester -co - caprolactone (PLCL) superfine fiber membrane, and through the coaxial spinning technology Preparation of a core / shell structure of the PVP / PLCL ( C -PVP/PLCL) microfiber membrane . Effects of the the electrospinning film morphology and structure by SEM and TEM . Electrospinning the water absorption of the film measurement results show that the The PVP component added to improve the hydrophilicity of the fiber membranes of the core / shell , the obtained C-PVP/PLCL electrospinning film water absorption of up to 501.3 ± 48.2% , and the CS electric spinning membrane the water absorption of 476.2 ± 55.8% fairly . The tensile test showed that the introduction of the PVP component and a core / shell structure to improve the mechanical properties of the electro-spun film , C-PVP/PLCL electro-spun film tensile strength and elongation at break in the wet state are improved . Ordinary electric spinning and coaxial electrospinning method , containing berberine hydrochloride (BC) of the superfine fiber membranes were prepared , namely, of PLCL (BC) and C-PVP (BC) / PLCL electro-spun film . PLCL (BC) the electrospinning film release uniform speed , the drug release amounted to 50 % ; C - PVP (BC ) / PLCL the electrospinning film in the BC presence of burst release phenomenon , but the drugs up to 90% of the maximum release . Using a hot press method can improve the dimensional stability, of the electro-spun film after hot pressing at an appropriate temperature , the electro-spinning membrane good drug release . By examining the fetal skin fibroblasts in the the CS the PLCL and C-PVP/PLCL of electrospinning membrane activity , compatibility , adhesion and cell morphology evaluation of the electro-spun film cells , and the results show that , with appropriate and pro / hydrophobic balance , and charge density of the electro-spun film is conducive to the adhesion and proliferation of cells . The dorsal wound repair model test results show that the the electrospinning film containing CS and BC components can promote wound healing .
