Wind farm grid VSC-HVDC based on voltage source converter HVDC (VSC-HVDC) power system has broad application prospects , the main contents include : 1 . Research based the ordinary induction generator steady-state model of the fixed-speed wind turbines and transient model simulation of fixed-speed wind turbine static voltage stability and transient voltage stability analysis . Study VSC-HVDC Steady-state and transient model , design and VSC-HVDC homeostatic control strategies and the corresponding control system model for wind farm grid and power system simulation software DIgSILENT / PowerFactory to achieve . Simulation results show that different control feedforward decoupling controller design to achieve a mutually independent control of active and reactive power ; to shunt resistor plus inverter atresia protection measures , to prevent serious damage to the inverter of grid failure ; the short-circuit current of VSC-HVDC strategy simulation analysis. 3 . Fixed-speed wind turbine wind farm voltage instability mechanism . VSC-HVDC improve this type of wind farm grid static voltage stability and transient voltage stability . The simulation results show that the fixed speed wind turbine wind farm VSC-HVDC grid , can effectively improve the the grid static voltage stability and transient voltage stability . Wind Farm by VSC-HVDC grid wind turbine rotating inertia and its impact on the frequency stability problems , the design of the additional frequency control aspects of the wind farm side of the converter station for wind farm in grid frequency control function. Simulation results show that the additional frequency control aspects of active power output according to the change of frequency of the power system , adjust the wind farm , and effectively reduce the system frequency variations .
