Abstract


At present , the domestic fertilizer production especially fertilizer production capacity serious excess , but the industry concentration is not high . More than 1,000 fertilizer production enterprises , nearly 700 of which nitrogenous fertilizer production enterprises , more than 300 manufacturers of phosphatic compound fertilizer , potash fertilizer production enterprises 47 . In the promotion of global economic integration , the increasingly fierce competition in the fertilizer industry . The large foreign fertilizer companies have to invest and build factories in China , began to deploy their own marketing channels . Chinese chemical fertilizer industry in the fierce market competition environment , how to structural adjustment , domestic fertilizer business how to cope with competition from foreign counterparts ? I have been in the state-owned large-scale chemical fertilizer enterprises engaged in marketing management , profound experience to the industry's enormous competitive pressure witnessed a fertilizer industry in the earth-shaking changes that occurred within the last few years , whether manufacturers or traders are seeking innovation in marketing channels , hoping to take control of their own marketing channels . Rationalized marketing channels , channels of innovation and development has become an important competitive weight in the domestic fertilizer business . How to take full advantage of the internal and external resources to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises , enhance the value of marketing channels , and reduce costs ? Fertilizer industry , especially in the new competitive situation , circulation for the new requirements . In this paper, through the development of the domestic fertilizer industry , industry characteristics analysis and elaboration of theoretical knowledge combined with marketing management science , and study of the Sinofert Hubei branch marketing channels in the market , dissect marketing channels exist within some of the problems , explore proposed a number of measures and recommendations . Hope to provide some reference to the development of of Hubei Branch Sinofert marketing channels , and build marketing channels in the same market on the part of the enterprise in the industry to provide a reference .
