Abstract

Iontophoresis instrument is a current is applied to the skin to improve the device into the human body drug traffic or endogenous metabolites extracted from the human body. Iontophoresis device is mainly used in DC incentive to import, or the import of the pulse. The former application, due to the current direction is always the same, the surface of the skin can easily form a polarization effect, not only affects the import of drugs, but also may cause burns to human skin; although the latter to solve the the skin polarization problem, but because the skin itself characteristics, the skin resistance will be generated with a pulse duration of action changes import current will change with the change in resistance of the skin, resulting in the introduction flow rate changes with the current into the flow of drugs into the human body can not be accurately controlled. The subject AC pulse iontophoresis, to overcome the shortcomings of the current iontophoresis instrument. The AC pulse iontophoresis instrument can not only avoid the polarization effect of the skin, but also improve the of drug iontophoresis flow and skin resistance stability. The three characteristics of the study are: (1) the use of high-voltage pulse electroporation pretreatment on the skin, human skin resistance reduced to a smaller value; (2) use of single-chip to control the automatic gain control circuit, to produce amplitude adjustable AC pulses, the alternating pulse can automatically adjust with the import current change in order to ensure that the human skin conductance is maintained at a relatively constant level; (3) with a DC bias voltage and AC signal summing circuit, in order to improve the flow of drug into . This paper analyzes the import of drugs percutaneous ion transport mechanism, and as a basis to complete the structural design of the entire AC pulse power iontophoresis instrument. Including: dual power supply system design, high-voltage pulse circuit system, AC signal generator system, automatic gain adjustment voltage amplification system, microprocessor control system. Completion of the experiment control device resistance and voltage relationship curve, the AC pulse output waveform debugging as well as the entire circuit system workflow debugging. The experiments show that the AC iontophoresis, acting on the skin AC pulse is adjusted with the change in resistance of the skin, thus ensuring the operating current constant, which ensures the basic constant of the drug into the flow. Thus, the instrument provides a new approach to the treatment process requires precise control of the amount of drug.
