Abstract
|
Osteosarcoma is a highly metastatic ability of malignant tumors, the transfer mechanism is not entirely clear . E-cadherin expression in Saos - 2 cells is very low , in the present study, we screened two high expression of E-cadherin Saos - 2 cell subsets . High expression of E-cadherin become strong adhesion , invasion and move to a weakened capacity of the cell subsets . These phenomena show that in many regulatory factors promote adhesion and inhibition of metastasis of E-cadherin from the osteosarcoma Saos - 2 cells can also affect the ability to transfer , in the majority of tumors of epithelial origin . We also studied the irradiation target and the surrounding tissue in the process using microwave irradiation Rabbit chest , and body temperature changes; and compare the heating and improved manner . Different microwave irradiation in vitro , in different parts of the healthy adult New Zealand rabbits chest irradiation , irradiation area of ??the epidermis, the skin, the deep surrounding tissue temperature and rectal temperature were measured . The results prove that the multiple transmit source array irradiation can safely get the irradiation depth and appropriate treatment temperature . Good control under microwave irradiation in vitro is the ideal means of hyperthermia .
