Abstract

Since the 1980th, with the end of the Cold War, the rapid development of globalization and information technology, International Non-Governmental Organizations boomed, and increasingly play an indispensable role in global governance. Currently, International Non-Governmental Organizations in China not only greatly increased the number, have been expanding, involving more extensive field, but also began to put their eyes on the ethnic minority areas where economic is underdeveloped, the ecological environment need to be protected urgently, and religion and culture are in a wide range.International non-governmental organizations builded projects in minority regions of China, and made a positive contribution for local poverty alleviation, environmental protection, education, etc. However, in giving positive impact on minority areas, it would also bring some negative impact. These negative effects on our government and society should be taken measures to deal with, if not, our national security and unity will be in danger and undermine political and social stability and harmony in China. Therefore, the study of international non-governmental organizations’actives in the national areas not only has a certain academic value, but also has a strong social, specific and realistic.In combination with the International Non-Governmental Organizations’actives in the areas of our national practice, this article grasped the status and influence of the international non-governmental organizations carrying out activities in the national areas, analyzed their activities in the areas of national problems, learned the successful experience of other countries which respond to international non-governmental organizations, provided useful insights for the government administration coping with the International Non-Governmental Organizations, explored an effective response which has Chinese characteristics, to manage the international non-governmental organizations. So as to provide effective assistance for International Non-Governmental Organizations in the national areas to expand the project area, broaden cooperation channels and enrich the content to support and to promote national economic development, social progress and political stability.
