The results showed a degree of inflammation of the after compound gallnut group Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ; degree of inflammation than three months after the month has been reduced predominantly grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ and visible material partially absorbed; hard tissue not observed deposition. Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ grade silver amalgam group after one month into the degree of inflammation; degree of inflammation in the three months after the same grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ, without significantly reduced the microscope, a large number of lymphocytes. Also no hard tissue deposition. Mainly Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ grade inflammation MTA group after one month, three months after the majority of the inflammation disappeared, have obvious bone deposition. Blank control group: after one month and up to three months inflammation are Ⅲ ~~ Ⅳ. Granulation tissue through perforation long into the medullary cavity. Its filled with inflammatory cells and hyperplasia of capillaries. No hard-tissue deposition. The prompt Compound gallnut as an internal barrier material can be absorbed by the body, and there is a certain anti-inflammatory effects. In summary, the compound gallnut repair the perforation of pulp floor with antimicrobial resistance within the barrier material requirements, closed, absorbent, anti-inflammatory characteristics, therefore, the clinical application should be some feasibility.
