Kazakhstan Ranae has a high nutritional value and health effects , strengthening the economy class of expensive medicines, animal righting for the 2005 edition of \Kazakhstan Ranae core issues exist in the application of effective substances is not clear , and therefore strengthen Kazakhstan Ranae effective substance basic research is extremely important . Kazakhstan Ranae contains about 5 to 8% of the fatty acid composition , to observe the changes in the regulating body fatty acid composition of fatty acid composition in Kazakhstan Ranae role in immune regulation is the purpose of this research project . Papers from two angles of Pharmacy and Pharmacology , analysis of the northeast produced the type and content of the fatty acid composition , Kazakhstan Ranae its impact on lymphocyte function , provide sound science to and further to explore Ha Ranae clinical application value basis. Objective: To study the Kazakhstan Ranae types and relative content of the fatty acid composition , to verify its impact on immune function . Saponification extraction Kazakhstan Ranae fatty acid composition , the use of gas chromatography techniques to determine its composition and the relative content ; 2 . Single factor test to examine different doses , different extraction methods Ranae caused by the solution of the different kinds of mice : 1. the immunocompromised model before and after weight , organ index and fatty acid content in the body determine the the best pharmacology test program ; pharmacological tests carried out according to the best solution , to saponification mice blood , spleen and thymus fatty acid content the analysis by flow cytometry determination of the content of mouse spleen T lymphocyte subsets , the ELISA assay splenic T lymphocytes in IL-2 levels , using statistical methods to analyze the test results . Results: 1. Ranae 25 kinds of fatty acids relative content 812.89mg/100g 17.15% , the total content of EPA and DHA , and fish oil close ; mice before and after modeling compared mouse model of the blood , spleen , fatty acid content in the thymus is significantly reduced ; model in mice the three dose Kazakhstan Ranae suspension , the fatty acid content in the blood , spleen , thymus have significantly increased ; 3 . both immunological parameters results show Kazakhstan Ranae can significantly improve the immunocompromised mice splenic T lymphocytes CD3 , CD4 , CD4/CD8 levels of IL-2 content . Conclusion : Kazakhstan Ranae fatty acid composition regulating role of immunocompromised mice fatty acid content and immune function .
