Abstract


The expansive ettringite generation will result in the cracks of the concrete structure . In this paper, diethylenetriamine , formaldehyde and phosphorous acid and other raw materials, after a certain reaction time in acidic conditions , temperature , and the mole ratio synthesized ettringite crystallization inhibitors - an organic phosphonic inhibitors . The \performance benchmark cement expansion inhibition formate expansive agent , confirmed the inhibitory effect of ettringite crystallization inhibitors expansive ; suppression effect has a significant inhibitor content increased in the different ages of the cement hydration , different ; This article discusses the mechanism of action of the inhibitor , and from 0.1% to 0.2% effective inhibitor dosage . Also found that ettringite crystallization retarding effect of inhibitors on cement cementitious systems , inhibitors delay the hydration process of cement mixed with varying degrees , but the effective dosage of cementitious fold pressure almost no effect on strength . This article also uses \ettringite generation, in order to avoid or reduce the occurrence of the hardened paste structural damage caused by ettringite expansion .
