Objective: To observe the convergence heart particle treatment of coronary artery disease ventricular premature beat ( kidneys do not pay the card) clinical efficacy and safety . Methods : matrine tablets , controlled, randomized double blind positive controlled clinical trials . Results: grabbing Heart particles on coronary heart ventricular premature beat efficacy of the total effective rate is 51.5% , with a total effective rate of 87.9% , 24h after treatment can significantly reduce ventricular premature beat total than the control group (P <0.05 , ); experimental group improved significantly TCM syndromes and TCM syndrome score than the control group ( P <0.05 ) ; two groups no significant adverse reactions , general medical projects , blood , urine, stool routine , liver function (ALT, AST), renal (Cr, BUN) the normal test before the test no exception. Conclusion: grabbing Heart particles on coronary heart ventricular premature beat ( the kidneys do not pay certificate ) is safe and effective , can significantly improve the TCM syndromes .
