Abstract


Is the scope of the quality of education, quality of graduate education and understanding of the domestic and foreign scholars on the quality of education has a different understanding and perspective. Currently, the quality of education, the definition of the quality of graduate education or connotation still different formulation. This study was designed to access a lot of literature on the basis of summarizing the main view of many scholars of the quality of graduate education, the formation of the concept and use as a basis to develop a suitable for the actual situation of our army, with higher reliability and The validity of training quality evaluation index system, provide a scientific basis for the evaluation of the military medical research graduate training quality and means to promote the continuous improvement of the modernization level of the cause of China's national defense and health. In this study, the integrated use of literature research, expert interviews, questionnaires, Delphi method, hierarchical analysis and other scientific methods and means, theoretical research on the quality of graduate education related concept, the army medical research graduate training objectives resolution, domestic and foreign graduate students training quality evaluation analysis of the literature, the Army Medical Research graduate training quality evaluation expectations survey and three expert advice, to build the army medical research graduate training quality evaluation index system and discussed. The paper is divided into six parts. Part I: theoretical study of postgraduate training quality concept. By access to large amounts of literature, monographs, comparative analysis, summarized refined, in-depth analysis of the layers of education evaluation, quality, quality of education, and post-graduate training quality concepts defined concept, and describes the quality of graduate education evaluation The connotation of the system, this project is a the microscopic evaluation study carried out for the quality of graduate education. Part II: army medical research graduate training objectives resolution. Be able to tell from the first part of the definition of the relevant concept to evaluate the quality of graduate education, we must first clear the graduate training objectives. This section to explore the graduate training quality concepts and training objectives based on the analysis of the quality of graduate education status quo of China's postgraduate training quality evaluation of the status quo as well as foreign graduate training quality evaluation of the status quo, and build the army medical research graduate training quality evaluation index system thinking. Part IV: army medical research graduate training quality evaluation index system establishment.
