Abstract


Harmonious doctor-patient relationship is an important part of a harmonious society . The doctor-patient relationship nervous patients trust doctors , medical dispute frequent social reality is obvious to all . Throughout the recent years , caused by several factors : patient disputes due to the different role of doctors and patients and their understanding of the differences and requirements of the standard of medical services ; due to the different social status of patients , and different social status patients due to differences in the quality and service of medical staff awareness of the differences , such as the different requirements of social and medical services ; clinical work inevitably creates conflicts and disputes between the medical staff and patients . Increase of medical disputes not only worsened the current doctor-patient relationship , and affect the working order of the hospital , but also seriously interfere with normal social order . If you do not control and resolved in a timely manner , the phenomenon growing trend . We should attach great importance , must take an effective way to prevent and defuse . We should as much as possible to reduce the occurrence of medical disputes to a minimum , which is the most fundamental , the most critical problem . It is only by improving the management of medical institutions and patients self-protection and strengthen communication between doctors and patients of these three areas , in order to achieve the ultimate goal . In our patient disputes resolved way , there are three : 1, both doctors and patients themselves. Solve , health administrative departments mediation, 3 drew to a court ruling in the lawsuit . However , these three can not adapt to the development of society . We must as soon as possible to set up and perfect the the patient disputes People Committee institutions , and vigorously promote the medical liability insurance system , ensuring properly resolve medical disputes have occurred .
