Abstract


Recent years, with the acceleration of China's rural industrial restructuring, urbanization and industrialization process, the increasing number of migrant workers from the countryside to the cities, statistics show that as of the end of 2004, China's total of 120 million migrant workers. The presence of migrant workers have made a significant contribution to the city's economic development and modernization, and blazed a new path to change the urban-rural dual structure, to solve the \But because of a variety of institutional, economic and historical reasons for the presence of migrant workers are excluded in our current health care system, which makes the basic protection of the rights of migrant workers are not met, the long-term effect is not conducive to the free movement of labor, is not conducive to economic development and social stability. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly on the research background, research objectives, research significance, research content and research methods.
