Abstract


Our political party system has its cooperation characteristic and is completely different from the western competitive political system. In the situation of social interests diversity, it has theoretical meaning and practical value to improve our political system and promote the construction of socialist politics as well as civilization. In our country, the democratic parties are engaged in political participation, which is the process of influencing drawing up, carrying out and monitoring the public policies. The paper states the democratic participation in public policies in terms of the present, function ,existing problems and strategies, taking the Committee of Hei Longjiang Province for example and set in Hei Longjiang Province .The paper indicates that their abilities and levels of participating in public policies should be improved and the long-term mechanism of participation be strengthened, thus improving the scientification, procedures , and rationalization of our public policies’dafting and operating .
