Abstract


Nurses not only withstand the heavy workload , more responsibility , \Therefore , the nurses working under tremendous pressure . This study used a questionnaire method , working pressure of 279 hospital nurses in six hospitals in Hangzhou , self- efficacy , self-esteem , and subjective well-being . Source of hospital nurses working pressure differences on demographic variables descriptive statistical analysis of differences in test ; make use of relevant , regression , and structural equation model of hospital nurses working pressure , self-efficacy , self-esteem , as well as SWB relationship . The main conclusions of this study are: ( 1) three of the most important sources of hospital nurses working pressure : pressure from the care and professional , from the workload and time allocation problem , the problem of patient care , and the work environment and resource issues and bring the problems of management and interpersonal aspects of hospital nurses working pressure ( there was no significant difference ) was significantly less than the three . ( 2) in a different type of hospital , community hospital nurses working pressure ; Establishment , formally prepared nurses working pressure ; in different departments , intensive care unit nurses working pressure ; different titles , nurse titles nurses working pressure max. ( 3 ) self- efficacy intermediary role as the working pressure - subjective happiness significantly , and is part of the intermediary . ( 4 ) self-esteem as the intermediary role of the working pressure - subjective happiness significantly , and is part of the intermediary .
