Abstract


Language and culture are inextricably linked , With English international lingua franca increasingly diversified , the phase difference between English English country variant , such as U.S. English , Indian English , Singapore English and Chinese English language. According to Kachru World English \In this context , the ability to communicate effectively has become the accepted standard of judgment of these variants . Chinese English variants exist as a phenomenon of long-standing , and has developed into a continuum dynamic Chinese English to Chinese English Chinese English after 20 years of development has become one of the variants of World English . With the increasing of China's international status , China needs more extensive exchanges with other countries in the world , the need to use English the lingua franca of the world to express needs and local culture . On the basis of the theory of \. This paper discusses the unique Chinese Vocabulary Translation , Chinese English as a World English variant and a mixture of English culture in a unique role in the translation of these unique vocabulary . Finally , taking into account the great differences in language and culture of Chinese and English , the article proposed to make up on the obstacles to the exchange of a moderate interpretation of Chinese English .
