Abstract


Internet technical generation and development affects people’s mode of production and life style, more important it provides a new ecological environment for the citizen’s political life, which makes traditional way and the method of political participation of a revolutionary breakthrough so that it has become the increasingly prominent academic focus.Through the network to participate the political activity, it has been gradually penetrated all aspects of social life, which has became a modern society for citizens to join in the government issues decisions effectively. All these changes has promoted the social and economic, political and cultural development, also prompted citizen’s own political personality, thereby improved constantly improve the level of political democratization process, played a positive role. Meanwhile, the network political participation, as a kind of brand-new participation way, has not yet to form a complete set of mature participation pattern so that its development needs "rationalization" guidance.This paper analyses the current network of the political participation in a the significance point from the positive view to the negative aspect, and discusses the existing problems, the profound reason, makes the relevant laws and regulations, carried on comprehensive management so that this course can promote the healthy development of the network political participation.
