Abstract


Currently, consumer protection issues the community in general is concerned about the hot spots . Consumers the right to know the goods and services their purchasing decision premise is fundamentally in the interests of good market order of the socialist market economy under the conditions of the guarantee . So many countries in the world in the provisions of the protection of the interests of consumers , are related to the \standards. Legal protection for the consumer 's right to know , our \It should be said , to some extent, to strengthen the legal protection of consumers ' right to know , but we should also clearly see the protection of consumer 's right to know , there are many defects , there is still a lot of work needs to be done , we need to further analysis and research . Defined concept from the consumer 's right to know to start, analysis of the concept , characteristics , the nature of the history and legislative status quo , so fundamentally complete and clearly grasp the consumers ' right to know .
