Abstract


The emergence of the Internet and the development of human Following the industrial revolution a new revolution - the information revolution . It not only makes the productivity of human society on the basis of a new leap forward , more importantly, it has changed the way people live. Formed in the network game virtual property , as a new form of property , has attracted much attention. Currently, the U.S. , South Korea and Taiwan, China and the legislature are theoretical explicitly recognize virtual property property property and be protected by law. Throughout the world , in the legislative and judicial recognition of the network a \While the legal profession has a network of virtual property protection given some attention , and court cases have been , but mainly limited to academic legal property of the virtual property dispute , while in reality increasingly frequent virtual property disputes have yet to find a suitable legal settlement mechanism to deal with, which led to the subject to be discussed in this article - Civil Protection of virtual property .
