Abstract


Due to the imperfections of our legal right to claim damages for violation of the provisions , resulting in infringement of third party rights body and its scope of rights arbitrarily expanded or reduced in the judicial practice , not excessively increase the perpetrators burden , is to reduce the liability of the perpetrators , damage to the part of the victim's legal rights . The relief of the rights of a third party , in tort against life and health and infringe on property rights in the field of the third person . In order to better study the problem , this paper only in respect of the rights of third relief against the right to life and the right to health and Health study . Explore the scope of this article , including the two aspects , namely the scope of the subject of rights , and the second is the scope of the right to exist . The first part of this paper is the definition of the scope of the subject of rights , including life has been violated the right of a third person to the scope of the definition and the third person of the right to health violations defined . The second and third part of the definition of the scope of rights exist , the two aspects of the rights of third party damages range from damage to property and non-property damage .
