Abstract


About six hundred million people worldwide suffer from varying degrees of disability , they suffer because of their own shortcomings and long-term social discrimination and exclusion , and even deprived of basic human rights. In order to improve the living situation of people with disabilities , the effective protection of their fundamental rights , 13 December 2006 , the UN General Assembly 61st session adopted the \This is the 21st century's first human rights treaties, protection of the rights of persons with disabilities also marks the beginning of a new era . And compared to the previous international legal documents , either from the Convention on the definition of persons with disabilities , on the interpretation of the provisions related rights , or the Convention on the involvement of the main negotiation process point of view , there is a lot of progress and innovation, the provisions of concrete and operability of the Convention will become disabled to protect the most important areas of international legal protection instruments. The main part of this article in the relevant international comparative studies carried out on the basis of the Convention read and parse . As a signatory to the Convention , to protect people with disabilities from the domestic sphere , our country on April 24, 2008 amended and adopted a new \Law on the Protection of content, and with the Convention a good convergence, many provisions of the Convention are content specific. But China's current protection status of persons with disabilities of view, still greater improve our domestic legislation with the intensity of the social security system . Finally, combined with China 's national conditions on the basis of proposals put forward their own immaturity , persons with disabilities in order to promote the cause of protecting our country better and faster development .
