Abstract


Political democratization can be understood as broad in the process of development of human history, the political from the minority rule to majority rule development process. In China, is to build a socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics, and the process of socialist political democracy. The second part first affirmed the democratic political construction in China has made great achievements, there are still many problems in the democratization process of building, however, and pointed out the problem from three aspects of thinking and understanding of the democratic system design, civil and political cultural literacy: from the ideological understanding point of view, China's current thinking and understanding trapped by dogma, dogma and emphasized the significance of the decision to create the economic development of democracy, but in fact is not enough emphasis on the issue of democracy; democracy operates deviation; citizens' political cultural literacy does not meet modern democratic political construction needs. The other hand, China's democratic political construction in the final analysis, the problem is that the citizens of the lack of experience of life under the democratic system, the civic culture no way to provide for the development of a democratic political foundations of society. Chapter to respond to the strategic goals of the socialist harmonious society, pointed out that the way out of our democratic political construction, further improve the democratic system, then the system of civic education in a democracy, to the early completion of the socialist democratic politics matching civic culture, and to promote the development and improvement of democratic politics.
