Abstract


Changshu city, this article mainly through to the three primary school teachers' and students' questionnaires and interviews to get to know the following questions: the factors influencing classroom management, students like what kind of class, under the new standard problems of classroom management. On this basis put forward under the new standard primary school classroom management strategies, hope that is helpful for classroom teachers effectively reasonable management suggestion, aim to improve the learning effect of elementary students in unit time, ease the study burden of students. This article is divided into five parts. The first part combed domestic and international classroom management in theory research, expounds give enlightenment; The second part mainly through to the teachers' questionnaires and interviews, found that influence factors of classroom management and analysis, through the analysis of the class of students questionnaire to understand the students like, through the class feel classroom management of the status quo. The third part puts forward effective emotional strategy of primary school classroom management. The fourth part puts forward effective regular elementary school classroom management strategies. The fifth part put forward primary school classroom management of effective teaching strategy.
