Abstract


Longstanding authoritarian principals , school's autonomy is not sufficient and other defects detrimental to the democratic school management, is not conducive to open schools . In this paper, the construction of modern school system as the background, use of educational ecology theory discussed parental involvement in school management reasonableness and necessity of parental participation in school management that the school environment is conducive to the building of modern political democracy is not only a requirement is also guarantee citizens the right to participate in social management of public affairs needs. In this paper questionnaires, interviews and other empirical methods of cases in Ningbo parental participation in school management mode of the existing problems are analyzed and studied humanities and social sciences and the use of common \conducted in-depth discussion, and pointed out that the institutional education council recognized the rights of parents to participate in the management , the formation of parents' opinions \place, summarizes the education council of the elements of composition , and further proceedings would change the interpretation of the educational significance of school management system . In addition, the paper also combine China's current situation, from the legal means other administrative aspects of how to improve the education council patterns are analyzed and recommendations.
