Abstract

As energy-saving lamps (including electronic ballasts) The important parts, the quality of high-power switching transistor on the quality and energy-saving lamp life plays a key role. Energy-saving Lamp transistor prolonged high temperature, high frequency start \ turn-off to work, on tube life and reliability of high demands. Impact of high temperature leakage current is an important parameter of quality switch. Various manufacturers will set aside a certain percentage of sample tubes under high temperature reverse bias leakage current test, that is, anti-bias temperature aging test. The high temperature reverse bias test bed designed for use with industrial control computer, CPLD devices, through object-oriented software development methods, VC language control program, through the port and the various functional modules of the intelligent control and operation, to achieve a high temperature intelligent anti-bias test the whole process of monitoring, protection and records. With modern automation technology and chip technology, designed a 50 for the automatic high temperature reverse bias test system. The main design are:1、precision current detection control program, the detection range 0-9.999mA;2、multi-bridge converter control test procedures, test program automatically switches;3、high voltage DC power supply, voltage range 0-1000V/500mA, linear program-controlled process;4、50 Road automatic inspection control, intelligent control procedures;5、16-bit high precision D / A, A / D converter control procedures;6、The software of automatic control and inspection records;
