Abstract


Make full use of information technology, the construction of perfect information system, is the modern university to improve the management and service level of important means. At present, various universities are attaches great importance to the application system construction work, but because of the previous commonly in the construction of the lack of overall planning, the construction of the system has various between data can't sharing, application to integrated, these problems seriously hindered the application system development to a higher goal. Taking tianjin university information system construction as a background, based on the knowledge management theory advanced thought as the instruction, in the full analysis of the foundation of our information system construction, the demand and based on the characteristics of the construction, and puts forward a set of tianjin university information system construction plan. This plan to centralized data, according to technical division platform, the platform extended as the basic ideas, set the recent our information system construction goal, construction idea and construction scheme. In this paper the idea of planning and design, some have been included in the 11th five-year plan of tianjin university, are implemented step by step, and has achieved initial results.
