Abstract

Distributed system maintenance and upgrades often cause a lot of human and financial losses due to the scale of their systems ; dynamic evolution of software is dynamic software upgrades in the software running the system and change the software 's behavior . Support the dynamic evolution of distributed systems , and raise an error due to the inherent characteristics of distributed , dynamic upgrade of the system is not only easy , it is difficult to ensure that the evolution of the system to meet the requirements of the user . This article looks at the problem of distributed systems in industrial applications , the proposed framework PDDF dynamic architecture evolution in a distributed environment . Communication of the framework is based on open P2P protocol , the operation of the system does not rely on a computer to facilitate the extension of the system size . Each computer in the system as a node of PDDF perception of the current architecture and architecture incremental . PDDF distributed member of the non-invasive development model, the component container in the node of the dynamically loaded component instance , the life cycle of the management structure , the member 's external service calls to the interface , and by maintaining the member state to control the operation of the plurality of pairs of component object . At runtime , the user can not only by monitoring client tools directly trigger system evolution , the independent evolution of the architecture can also be triggered by rules . The framework introduction of rehearsal mechanism the rehearsal of architecture for constraint validation only authenticated by the the evolution request will be implemented . Commit protocol to ensure the consistency of the system before and after the evolution in the evolution of the implementation process , the use of the the architecture evolution locks and two-stage evolution .
