TFT-LCM has excellent performance: high brightness, high contrast, low power consumption, long lifetime, small volume, light weight, At same time, TFT-LCM has excellent performance just as that of CRT, such as high automatic mass production, low cost, large development and etc. TFT-LCM has dominated the market of flat display.We have analysised about oversea and domestic development status of TFT-LCD and introduced drive principle of small TFT-LCD module. Finally, with above base, focus on 8051 chip, we have designed test Demo for TFT-LCM.For hardware of Demo, we have worked for circuit design, reliability and anti-jamming design, extend I/O design. For software of Demo, modularization program, partition memory etc are designed.
