Abstract


In order to compensate for the current lack of empirical research in domestic small and medium - sized family business and a more in-depth understanding of the financing of small and medium - sized family business behavior , the author Shenzhen small and medium-sized family business as a research object , using the survey method , visited 60 small and medium-sized family enterprises in Shenzhen The results show that : managers participation in decision-making index and bank loan facilities index is positively correlated . The corporate culture is not standardized index of bank loan financing index into negative correlation . Under the same circumstances in the total assets of the intermediary the index and interests of secured financing choices tendency index positively correlated . In the total assets of the same circumstances , the intermediary secured financing Index inherited the concept of index is a negative correlation . In the total assets of the same circumstances , corporate financing index and family participation in corporate leadership index is positively correlated . Under the same circumstances in the total assets of the business on credit financing index and the parents decision arbitrary index positively correlated . In the total assets of the same circumstances , the private lending finance index inherited the concept of index is positively correlated .
