Abstract


This study focuses on the organizational culture and the implementation of the internal control environment for enterprise internal control effect . In recent years, economic reform and opening up , China has become the world's second largest economy in the market , multinational companies continue to invest in China, expand the size of the organization , operations tend to be more international, diversification , network . In response to environmental changes and to ensure business performance , internal control can provide enterprises with a strong guarantee , good internal control and internal audit , in order to enhance their competitiveness and to achieve the expected profit target . In addition to shaping corporate culture of internal control , affect the control consciousness of employees , the board of directors and managers of the management philosophy and operating style , top managers and corporate organizational culture will affect employees in the company 's behavior. From affect the internal control environment , revealing the internal control environment problems , the internal control environment is to promote enterprise development engine , the internal control environment has a direct impact on the implementation of internal control , this article explains the various elements of the internal control the effect of the implementation , and that the control environment in the company is currently the main constituent elements of the deficiencies and improvement measures. Finally, the analysis of the main causes of the problem , put forward countermeasures to optimize the internal control environment . This thesis is divided into five chapters , in addition to introduction and conclusion, for the motivation and purpose of this study , limitations, and architecture , etc. will be explained and the corporate culture , internal controls relevant literature discusses discussed. Finally, the study of the integrated vision and programmatic measures for the industry as a reference value.
