Abstract


China's civil aviation industry is a capital-intensive industry, into a large, high-output and low profit margins. The development of the civil aviation industry requires not only investment in the country, at the same time need the input of all sectors of society. Attract social capital to enter the civil aviation industry, but also to enhance the competitiveness of China's air transport enterprises. Non-public capital into the civil aviation industry in the form of equity participation, joint venture, cooperation, project integration, is conducive to the introduction of competition mechanism; conducive to air transport companies to improve their corporate governance structure, the establishment of a modern enterprise system; conducive to innovation and development, improve the quality of development. China's civil aviation transportation enterprise property rights reform has been wholly owned by the central government, central government and local governments combined joint venture, to actively introduce non-public capital gradually open course. Need to analyze the actual operating efficiency of civil aviation transportation enterprise management mechanisms in the implementation of the reform of property rights diversify compare different shareholding structure of air transport enterprises operating efficiency differences, learn from, and the experience of the application of foreign air transport companies in diversified areas of reform, deepen the diversification of property rights reform of China's air transport enterprises.
